This is my first post! :)
Let me start off by introducing myself. I am a currently a Senior in college studying Psychology and have an obsession with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have switched to a Vegetarian diet and since have felt tremendous results. Not only do I feel healthier on the inside, but physical differences are apparent as well. Aside from being extremely aware of the food and ingredients that I put into my body, I think it's especially important to incorporate exercise into my daily routine- even when I don't have a ton of motivation to get to the gym.
In my blog I will share with you my "HeaLthNut" way of life, which includes what I eat, pictures of different dishes, my workouts, and my thoughts on different diet/workout tips I come across.
2010 is coming to an end, so let's all plan to make 2011 our healthiest and fittest year yet!
